What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is a systematic approach to self-exploration, self-transformation, and healing. You will recognize the asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation techniques from other yoga experiences but they will be used in a very safe and very targeted way to rebuild your body, mind, and spirit.
