A meditation from motion to stillness, these gentle classes will take you through slow flows and luxurious stays to retrain your movement patterns; and increase your strength, flexibility, and stamina while reducing your pain and stress. In short, you will be more resilient and better able to handle all the sh*t life throws at you. These classes are great for both beginners and experienced practitioners as the practices create space to go deeper within the experience of your practice, and are adaptable to all skill levels.
